Just Plane Hangars, LLC plans and develops private T-Hangar rows at general aviation airports. Each location gets its own site plan, dimensions, and timeline — starting with Lorain County Regional Airport (KLPR) in Elyria, Ohio.

No two fields are alike, so no two projects are either. Each location gets a plan built around its own runway, taxiways, and community.

Hangar space at general aviation airports has been scarce for years, and waitlists for a T-hangar often stretch into seasons, not months. Just Plane Hangars, LLC exists to fix that, one airport at a time.
At each location, we plan to handle the site work, the steel, the doors, and the utilities ourselves — aiming for bays that are actually ready to fly out of, without owners having to manage a construction project themselves.
We're based in Elyria, Ohio, and our first project is in planning at Lorain County Regional Airport (KLPR).
